Woke up at 7am with a slight headache. My tongue feels like I've been licking a cactus. Got out of bed....ugh...i wanna piece of toast or a yoghurt but I can't :-(
I'm having the detox drink now.....oh such joy. I haven't felt this crap for ages and what am I gonna do now without my morning coffee? I can tell today is gonna be f**ked..
Gave the kids their breakfast. They had rice bubble and coco pop mixture..they thought it was awesome...wish I could have some....My headache's worse now...I can't have panadol because it's chemicals being put back into the system...This is stupid....
I've decided to weigh myself every morning. This morning I weigh 91.1kgs. :-) That makes me happy but doesn't take this dumbass headache away.
